This site and Practical AI Systems are operated by Alexander Neff. By using the site or purchasing an offer, you agree to these terms and any additional terms clearly shown at checkout. If you do not agree, do not use or purchase the offer.
Educational scope
The site and program provide educational information, examples, and guided instruction about automation and AI systems. They are not legal, financial, medical, cybersecurity, employment, or investment advice. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding where, whether, and how to run an automated system.
Do not place confidential employer data, personal secrets, production credentials, or irreversible actions into course exercises unless you have authorization and suitable safeguards.
Offers and delivery
- Free Starter: public educational material provided without a purchase.
- Self-Paced Program: downloadable written lessons, code or configuration examples, exercises, and the capstone framework described on the offer page.
- Guided Build: the Self-Paced Program plus one 90-minute screen-shared working session. The purchaser must email from the order address to arrange scheduling.
- Team work: workshops, prototypes, or implementation services require a separate written scope and are not purchased through the public course page.
Gumroad is the merchant and delivery platform for public paid products. The product description and price shown at checkout control if they differ from cached or older site content.
License and acceptable use
Unless a separate written license says otherwise, a purchase grants one purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal learning or internal work. You may not resell, publish, share publicly, sublicense, or distribute substantial portions of the materials or included files.
You may use what you learn to build your own systems. Third-party software, models, and examples remain subject to their own licenses and terms.
Fees and third-party costs
Prices are in U.S. dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Taxes and payment processing are handled at checkout. The purchase price does not include optional model API usage, cloud hosting, domains, hardware, software subscriptions, or other third-party services.
Refund requests
Send a refund request within 14 calendar days of purchase to alexneffmgmt@gmail.com from the purchase address and include the Gumroad receipt. Because the products are downloadable, requests are reviewed individually, including the extent of access or use and any terms shown at checkout. Approved refunds are processed through Gumroad. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
No guaranteed outcome
Examples describe specific builds and validation results, not a promise that every student, employer, or team will achieve the same outcome. Results depend on the chosen workflow, technical environment, effort, permissions, data quality, model behavior, and third-party services.
The materials and site are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. AI-generated output can be wrong, incomplete, insecure, or inappropriate and must be reviewed.
Availability and changes
Tools, model interfaces, prices, links, and lessons may change. Published updates may be added to paid materials, but no particular future feature, cohort, community, model, or platform integration is promised unless included in the checkout description at purchase.
